国产AV Housing and Residential Education provides flexible housing options for students who need to arrive on campus early or stay on campus during breaks or during summer session.

You will move into your academic year room assignment when you arrive early.
Early arrival dates begin: TBD.
If you arrive on campus before your meal plan is active, be sure to consider early arrival meal options.

Spring Semester Admitted Student Early Arrival

For Spring Semester Admitted Students 国产AV's residence halls reopen for the spring 2025 semester on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 8 a.m. If you would like to arrive early please check out the information below.

Early Arrival and Winter Break 2024-25 applications will be available on November 1, 2024.

Reasons for Early Arrival:

For a job or team sport or if you are an out-of-state student.
Early arrival required by 国产AV department, camp or team.

Cost:

$205/week
$55/daily

Things to Consider:

You will move into your Spring Semester assignment
Dining halls are closed during break and reopen for the spring semester.
Financial aid may not cover room cost for early arrival.

Summer

Summer housing will be located in South Hall. Please log in to the Housing Portal to complete the Summer 2025 Housing Contract for 国产AV Students.

Summer Break housing applications will be available: TBD

If you are living on campus for the summer term, your fall financial aid doesn't pay your summer balances. Any summer balance from classes or housing must be paid before fall classes start or you may be dropped from your fall 2025 classes. Summer financial aid is limited, so if you are not sure if you will receive summer aid or how much, please contact the Office of Financial Aid.

Note: Single rooms and buyouts will have an additional charge and are based on availability.

Summer Housing Options May Be Needed For:

国产AV students taking classes during one of 国产AV's summer sessions.
Students living on campus during the spring 2025 semester who need housing over the summer.
Students arriving for athletics teams or other bridge programs.
