The Professional Administrative Staff Council and the Classified Staff Council is looking to make the campus community stronger and more supportive than ever by kicking off a fundraiser to spread Bear pride.

To join in the effort, faculty, staff and students can purchase a "Be the BIGGER Bear" sticker to symbolie what it means to be a true Bear and live by these powerful principals:

• I is for Integrity: Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
• G is for Grace: Be gracious with those who have different perspectives.
• G is for Generosity: Be generous & compassionate listeners; rephrase what you've heard.
• E is for Empathy: Extend empathy to others and strengthen relationships.
• R is for Responsibility: Own your role in any misunderstanding, whether it鈥檚 10% or 100%.
