Notice of Federal and State Refundable Tax Credits 鈥� In accordance with section 39-22-604(6)(c), C.R.S., this website will provide information on Federal and State Refundable Tax Credits.

Instructions on how employees can retrieve their W-2 electronically:

• Login to URSA.
• Click Employee tab.
• Under Employee Information click on W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
• Choose Year and then Display.
• To print, click on 鈥淧rintable W-2鈥� at the bottom of the page.
• Be sure to print in landscape to show all numbers.

Instructions on how student-workers can retrieve their W-2 electronically:

• Click Student Tab (if you have an 鈥淓mployee鈥� tab use procedure above).
• Under Student Tab scroll down to 鈥淪tudent Employees.鈥�
• Click on 鈥淓mployee Dashboard.鈥�
• Left Click 鈥淭axes.鈥�
• Left Click 鈥淲-2 Wage and Tax Statement鈥�.
• Choose Year and then Display.
• To print, click on 鈥淧rintable W-2鈥� at the bottom of the page.
• Be sure to print in landscape to show all numbers.

For those who did not have their Electronic Consent turned on by Jan. 16, a paper copy will be mailed by Jan. 31 via the U.S. Postal Service to the current address in URSA. These employees can still retrieve their W-2 electronically, but one will be mailed as well if they did not turn on the consent by Jan. 16. In order to do this, employees will have to consent to an electronic form by checking the box on the selection criteria that they want to print ("consent to receive W-2 electronically"). They will then be able to print their W-2.
