Student Employee and GA/TA accounts are set to expire on Sept. 3. If an EPAF is submitted for the upcoming FY before August 30, their account will automatically be extended for another year. If the EPAF is submitted after August 30, an Account Extension request will need to be submitted for each Employee/GA/TA. Information on how to submit the request can be found the IM&T website. 

For new Student Employees or GA/TA students - If a first.last account is needed, EPAF paperwork needs to be submitted and an account request must be submitted through the portal.
